Welcome to AsistBase ("we," "our," or "the Service"). By using AsistBase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.

1. Acceptance of Terms

AsistBase provides AI-based services. By using it, you agree to these Terms and any policies we post, including updates. We can refuse or limit access at our discretion.

2. Service Purpose & Conduct

You must use AsistBase lawfully and responsibly. Do not misuse the Service, interfere with it, reverse engineer it, scrape data, or overload the system.

3. Age & Consent Rules

Use of AsistBase is only allowed if you're legally eligible (typically 18+). If using images or likenesses of others, you must have their explicit consent.

4. Subscription, Payments & No Refunds

AsistBase runs on paid subscriptions (monthly or yearly) that auto‑renew. Because the AI uses costly third‑party compute resources instantly when processing—even before you see results—we do not offer refunds. Once billed, the amount is non‑refundable, and you expressly waive withdrawal rights.

5. Ownership & Licensing

• You retain ownership of content (prompts, uploads, creations).
• We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, revocable license to use the Service.
• By using AsistBase, you also grant us a broad license to use your content to operate, improve, promote, and maintain the Service—no additional payment to you.

6. Modification & Termination

We may update or change features, pricing, and terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance. We can suspend or terminate access for violations—no refund required.

7. Disclaimer & Warranty

We provide the Service "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. You're using it at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

We're not responsible for indirect, consequential, or special damages (like lost profits or data loss). Total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the past 12 months.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any liabilities, claims, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and AsistBase regarding the Service and replace all prior versions or communications.
